Refund and Returns Policy

In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) days.


Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of:

  • The delivery date of the goods, or
  • The contract conclusion date, in the case of services.

This right applies exclusively to consumers. It does not apply if you are a business, legal entity, or are purchasing for professional use.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
  • Complete with all original accessories, manuals, and components
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. You will not incur any penalty for exercising your right of withdrawal.

⚠️ For Apple products, if the device has been activated, a 22% restocking fee will apply due to Apple’s warranty policy. Activated products are considered used, which reduces their resale value.


Partial Refunds

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Returned books showing obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or other sealed media
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns made more than 14 days after delivery (unless you offer extended returns)

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

You cannot return:

  • Opened sealed audiovisual or software products
  • Sealed items not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection once opened
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Perishable items (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, or certain health/personal care items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm:

  • That we received your return
  • Whether your refund is approved or rejected

If approved, your refund will be processed and issued via bank transfer within 30 days of receiving the goods.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank (processing can take several days)
  3. If you still need assistance, email us at info@dr-store.it

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@dr-store.it and wait for return instructions.
Please do not send your item back until you receive confirmation from us.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. Once the item is returned, we’ll send you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the gift giver.


Return Instructions & Shipping

To return your product, contact us at info@dr-store.it and wait for return instructions.
Please do not send your item back until you receive confirmation from us.

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, especially for high-value items

Data Protection for Electronic Products

If returning products containing data storage devices, please:

  • Transfer your data
  • Delete all personal information

DR Enterprise will take steps to delete or render inaccessible any remaining data upon receipt, but we are not liable for any data loss.
