Welcome to DR Store! By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on drstore.shop, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Order Confirmation
The contract is considered concluded when your order is accepted. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

3. Product Availability
Product availability is updated in real time. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will inform you immediately.

4. Prices
All prices are shown inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice.

5. Orders
Orders can only be placed through the website. Once your order is completed, you’ll receive a unique order number via email, which should be referenced in all communications.

6. No Order Limitations
There are no minimum or maximum order quantities or values.

Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Times
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Delays caused by force majeure (strikes, weather, etc.) are not our responsibility.

2. Shipping Method
We ship using trusted express couriers. All shipments are insured.

3. Upon Delivery
Please check the following upon receiving your order:

Packaging is intact and not damaged.
The custom tape is unbroken.
The number of boxes matches the courier’s delivery note.

Any issues must be reported immediately to the courier with a detailed note (e.g., “damaged box,” “open package”). Without this, we cannot accept claims about external damage.

Returns for Transport Damage

1. Reporting Damage
If you receive damaged goods, notify us by email within 48 hours. Claims received after this window cannot be accepted.

2. How We Handle It
We will assess the report and decide whether to repair, replace, or issue a store credit, based on the product condition. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Right of Withdrawal

1. Legal Right to Cancel
You have 14 days from the delivery date to withdraw from your purchase.

2. Who Can Cancel
Only individual consumers (not businesses or professionals) can exercise the right of withdrawal.

3. Return Conditions
Returned products must be:

Unused and undamaged
In original packaging
Complete with all accessories and manuals

Return shipping is at your own expense. No additional fees will be charged for the withdrawal.

4. Refund Timing
If all conditions are met, we will issue a refund within 30 days via bank transfer.

5. Apple Products
If an Apple product has been activated, a 22% deduction from the refund will apply due to the loss in market value.

6. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Opened software/media
Hygiene-related products opened after delivery
Customized or made-to-order items

Warranty Policy

All products are covered by the legal warranty in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not apply to damage caused by misuse or improper handling. We reserve the right to assess the item before offering repair, replacement, or credit.

Payment and Invoicing

1. Payment Methods
We accept:

Bank transfer
Card payments via secure link (sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp)

2. Invoicing
Invoices are issued electronically and sent via Italy’s certified exchange system (SDI) or Certified Email (PEC). No changes can be made once the invoice is issued.

3. Electronic Invoice Details
Customers must ensure all billing information is correct and provide a valid recipient code or PEC address for invoicing. If an error is found, we will contact you to correct it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cosenza, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
